Young refresher who want to develop career in research sector need to have transparent idea about social research work. Graduate and post gradate from sociology and Anthropology are preferred for this sector. It’s better to do research related short time job like 1/2 month duration during study time, it will help for future career. Like squeeze research farm uniconsult, Data, MRC mode even BRAC, or work under university teacher any one can work for short time during study period . Young refresher can add this experience in CV. After completing post graduation young refresher can easily move for big organization in a good position. Final thing is any should explore his/her self how can he/she develop her professional skill to get a good job.
